I hereby fully and completely release Richland County, the City of Richland Center, the Rotary Club of Richland County and the Rotary Foundation of Richland County and its officers, officials, agents, employees, representatives and insurers from any and all liability of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, illness or property damage that may be in any way related to my participation in the Symons Recreation Complex’s Ugly Sweater Fun Run & Walk to be held on December 2, 2017.

I understand that:
(a) participation in this event is strenuous and I verify that I am physically fit to compete in this event;
(b) the trail could have compacted snow or ice on it and therefore be slippery and that there will be no sanding or de-icing on the trail;
(c) I must enter the Rotary Lights in the Park entry point and stay on the trail;
(d) there will be no refunds; the race will be held regardless of weather conditions.
